Thank you to @fueledcincinnati for hosting us in your gorgeous space last night - you had me at “there will be tacos!” 🌮🥰 BUT much more than that, I was so impressed with the staff, the environment, the presentation, and the company of other Cincinnati influencers! The highlights of my weekend were 1.) Calvin coming home from vacation and 2.) These babes coming to visit us today! 👯‍♀️ I have been best friends with Shannon and Jen for 15+ years which is absolutely amazing and terrifying all at once. I can’t thank them enough for how great and supportive of friends they have been all these years. 😭 Hold onto and cherish the good ones - they are so hard to find. Plus, Calvin is just as obsessed with them as I am. 🥰💙 // Also - let’s talk about my “Summer” outfit for a sec. 🙄 We’re on the way to bday party and Craig goes, “aren’t you hot?” Why yes, I am. Thank you for asking. But my legs are large and I can’t reach to shave them right now and nothing fits so this is what we’re working with today. #largeandincharge #leavemealone 🤣

One more sleep until our crazy little comes home from vacation. 🤗 My sister in law sent me a picture of him last night and he legit looked like a teenager. He’s going to look HUGEEE next to a newborn. 😅 // My focus for today and tomorrow specifically is R-E-S-T ...something I don’t always know the meaning of or take advantage of. I’ve been in full on nesting mode (purging, organizing, washing, packing, etc) but my body is really telling me to physically slow it on down in these last few weeks. I feel like I keep saying this. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Do you think I can do it? Do you think it’s true what they say - each pregnancy is harder on your body than the last? And lastly.... did you turn into a crazy nesting freak at the end of your pregnancy? 🤰🏻🤣

I miss this sweet face so much!!! 💙 But let’s be honest he’s living his best life this week - and I have to say I’m pretty jealous of his beach vacation. 🏝 Enjoy little dude, your world is about to be rocked when you get home. 🤣👶🏻👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

#36weekspregnant and baby is the size of a papaya. She could be up to 6 lbs already and this bump is feeling big! 💕This week at the OB, they’ll finally start checking progress - I’m interested to see what they say, even though I know that it likely doesn’t matter. 😅 This babe is on her own schedule. 👶🏻🤰🏻⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ One thing that I’m really trying to focus on this week and up until she arrives is taking all advice, comments, experiences, & recos given, with a grain of salt.🧂This pregnancy/momming/parenting/childbirth thing is different for EVERYONE - our experiences, our struggles, our strengths, our worries, what’s important to us, what’s not important to us, and the list goes on. It’s easy to constantly hear others’ experiences and choices and mindset and mistake them as our own. “My friend struggled with this so I will too.”, “My friends baby did this so mine will too.” Every baby is different. Every mom is different. The truth is that we don’t know how it’ll be for us until we experience it and live it fully on our own. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Maybe you are expecting too - or hope to be in the future - or maybe it’s your 4th time doing this. I encourage you to go in with a clean slate, a strong positive mindset, and set expectations aside. It’s your body, it’s your baby, it’s your family, and you know what’s best. ⁣⁣💪🏼 ⁣⁣ We are only given what we can handle. You might not know it yet, but you got this, and that mama instinct you possess makes you wise beyond your belief. 🙌🏼⁣ ⁣ Tag a new or expecting mom who might want some encouragement. ✨

Happy Father’s Day to my best friend and the one who truly holds this home together. 👪 We are about to enter a new season, but knowing I have you to do it alongside, truly eases all my worries and makes me so excited for our future. I love you so much! 💙
